On January 5, at the Tsinghua Tus Holdings Company in Beijing, Sirarpi Nikoghosyan, an Armenian student at Tsinghua University and the TUS-EST Chief Representative of International Affairs, organized a festive evening to celebrate Armenian traditional cuisine. The event featured Gohar Barseghyan, an Armenian chef from Harbin, who showcased her exceptional culinary skills by preparing iconic Armenian dishes such as stuffed cabbage dolma, stuffed grape leaf dolma, harissa (a traditional Armenian wheat and chicken porridge), and Chamichov Pilaf (“Rice Pilaf with Raisins”), among others. Shenzhen Voski provided the Armenian wine for the attendees of the event.
